Legal & Compliance
Policies
The terms below govern the relationship between Tablr.site, partner venues, and customers using the platform.
01
Independent Software Provider Status
Tablr.site operates exclusively as a digital software and technology provider facilitating table reservations and communication tools between venues and customers. Tablr is not an agent, partner, or direct employer of any venue personnel, nor do we control the day-to-day physical operations of any venue.
02
Financial Flow and Payment Terms
All monetary transactions (such as commitment deposits) are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (Paystack). Tablr does not act as an escrow agent or financial institution holding capital, and funds are settled according to standard third-party processing terms.
03
Limitation of Liability
Tablr shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including but not limited to lost revenue, physical incidents at venues, seating discrepancies, or unfulfilled guest expectations—arising from the use of the platform or the physical operations of the partner venue.
04
Venue Responsibility
Partner venues are entirely responsible for honoring reservations processed through the system, managing their physical door security, validating guest lists, and reconciling minimum spend requirements with customers.
